i didnt do exactly the same but different for a girl design , i forgot to use a girl t shirt but still
-rose as you wanted and the stripes a bit modified according to a girl's like (asked my sister)

I'm not submitting right now, but you should definitely make sure that the designers that are submitting are using their own artwork, most of the designs on these shirts are stolen from other artists and designers, including #182, which is found on Google image. You want to make sure that paying these desingers don't get you into copyright issues later down the road.
