I need a really nice looking front elevation on one page. I also need a large floor plan on the second page. I have attached the plan I would like to have rendered. I would also like you to add some extra style to it to make it more appealing. I have also attached a sample brochure sheet from. another company to show you an idea for a layout

Ok i raised the prize to 125. This is the first contest I have ran and appreciate the feedback. All I am looking for is a marketing sheet I am not sure of the terminology I am not in design, I think even 2d may work. I do want it in color. Hope this helps
