For creating the video you need to try and test the product.

I don't like the current video. It's too long, it's boring. I made this video. I don't know how to create videos :)
It's need to be international video, so don't write or speak too much. (And try to add subtitles)

The key features are:
Image Selection
Translate (For example english to Japanse)
Speak.
Take Screenshot (Save as file, Upload to Facebook/Gmail)
Edit Text
Please show other features in more fast way.

The whole video need to be I think about 1 minute.
