Require illustration of the Dome of the Rock (see attached), not necessarily in detail.
Need to blow it up to 280cm in height, therefore Final Artwork has to be in .eps or .ai vector format.
Will award to the best looking version.

  Spector, thanks for the sample. It is very 1-dimensional, no shadows, & has black outline. Not really what I'm looking for. Yes, please do not finish the whole artwork. Just part of it, like you did, is good for me.

I can do this in the way as you want, actually it worth 100$ as you have declared. So if someones job is not selected then 100$ labor will be in vain. So please mark it guaranteed
