I made some changes did not use the brain, instead I used a light bulb to represent the mind and outside light bulb in gold (winners color) made lines around the bulb to signify sharpness. Inside of the bulb 2 people represent your motto, motivation, education, ideas with the light bulb and education with blue people color, did not used gradients just clean logo and also presented to you a black background logo. Let me know what do you think or how can I improve it.

hi, yes, it's better like this... this black background logo actually looks ok. I didn't understand what people inside the lightbulb should present?

hi, I like this logo more than other you sent. I don't think that eagle should be added in this logo or any specific bird. But what I don't like is this people inside, because message is not clear. Try to see if something simpler can be added, maybe if you have different idea? Or even without anything inside but the just make ightbulb a bit smaller.. I like design of lightbulb, but this inside maybe should be changed.
