create a design Decorative Pattern

I just found this contest and wanted to quickly throw my hat in the ring! So the final pattern quality would be MUCH more refined and would/could be adjusted to meet the color specs you prefer. I was unsure if by "mosaic" you meant simple outlines? White background? Almost like someone could color in the shapes any colors they want? Once again, an easy adjustment to make if awarded contest! Thanks for your consideration!
