1. I prefer the calendar option with the popup concept - however it will need to have a X to close it so the user can select another date and the popup will also need a scroll if there are many items for the same day. 2. Can we have an icon for the Development, Calendar, Journal, Hub and Resources so that the user can select to add new items. With the Calendar we need an icon to add a task and an appointment so need two. I thought you might add them to the header grey bars. Also for the popup of tasks can they be represented with a little square box so that if the user clicked in the box it would be marked as completed and the popup would refresh. If you have other ideas then please let me have them.... If you can get these changes to me promptly I can close the project and award it to you. We are then going to want the ICONS and PSD file so that my developers can work with it.

I have a good deal of work for a UI/UX designer. What is your availability to commit to future work and also are you happy to deal direct with us going forward. We currently have 15 developers we outsource to in Vietnam and we collaborate directly and they invoice us directly. This is the model we prefer, so please let me know your response.

Finally in the top section between the logo on the left and where the users photo will be displayed we will be wanting to display quotes - that are designed to inspire. I also want to introduce the concept of a number of quotes that may refresh and display different ones each time the user logs in.

Also the Graph shown next to My Development needs to be moved to My Profile and the My Development needs to be represented as items in the same way as the Journal is currently. Please also provide the designs so that each of the detail areas are represented as scollable lists as you have done for the Hub.

I want some further changes please. We want to combine Calendar and Tasks under a single heading - so we need an icon that represents Calendar Appointments and To Dos. Then where the Tasks are currently placed can we have a new icon for Resources (this is to represent - books, web sites videos etc that the user can view to support their learnings - similar to a knowledge base.
