I need a browser-based system that lets me run every aspect of our carpark from any Windows PC without installing extra software. The core of the build is flexible customer handling: I must be able to set up and manage short-term, long-term and annual accounts with independent pricing, expiry rules and access limits.

For customers who park “on account”, the system has to trigger an automatic email on the 20th of each month containing their balance and payment link, so scheduling and SMTP integration are essential.

A live dashboard should surface the three key metrics I use to steer the business—revenue, customer-usage statistics and occupancy rates—with the option to export each report to CSV or PDF. Drilling down into any figure should reveal the underlying transactions.

I’m happy with the tech stack you prefer (PHP/Laravel, Node, .NET, etc.) as long as it is responsive, secure and easy for me to host. Please include:

• A clear database schema that can scale with new carparks
• Role-based login for staff
• Full source code and deployment notes

I’ll consider the job complete once I can log in, add the three customer types, see real-time stats and watch the 20th-of-the-month emails send.
