  For good css results, designs should not have gradients at all, that way you can expand design for different resolutions, shadow can be added through css as well.

     That's right, but I need the best compromise. My customer wants a nice view because of the position of high visibility of 2 of these tv.

  if you don't sealed contest, you can get better and nice page from competition, so please don't sealed contest

     Designers thinking its better to not seal a contest are out of their mind. You should be able to be creative on your own creating your own unique design not peaking at others work. If someone has a 4-5star design 95% of the time people are going to look at it and use elements that are successful.

     Hello Dear CH,
     I think your requirement is, you need your page size should increase or decrease according monitor size as you described in contest description,and this would happen when the graphic in psd form will convert in to code (HTML and CSS) so the the thing is the design we have to make is same like all the website , because I have completed this kind of project before and I am able to do your project if you need ,but before that I am working on design on psd format and will submit here very soon. thanks

     I'll try to explain myself. The contest is indeed a one page website contest. What I need at the end is an html + css page.
     The request for the psd file type is something I didn't have choice. It was the system setting it for me. This is my first contest so, maybe, my error was not to put in the brief that I need html, but I didn't know that the system was going to put the psd requirement.
     I hope I've claryfied this thing.

  Hi, Please take a look at my entry. This is just a demo so I didn't put all the arrow. After getting your feedback I will Improve sen send you another one. Freelancer showing shrinked version of the image as it is big. Just send me a private message then I can send you the actual preview image link on image hosting site. I can't send you private message now as contest holder needs to send private message first then it will open for me as well.

  The point is, you want responsive design for big led screens but you want only psd file? So 32" and 47" has big difference, it won't be good to have just psd files, l just want to remind you what you need. You don't need big graphics u need good css coder.

     Hi, as I said to another competitor, this is my first contest.
     Actually I didn't set the file type (and I've looked again, I cannot change it) so it should be a default value for contests.
     I need an html page (but I can export it later if I have just PSD).
     I need some graphic as well because I can't draw arrows and everything with css.
     So, it's true what you are saying, but I couldn't do in another way. Maybe once I'll upgrade the membershipe I'll have more options.....

  So do you want the current look remain same as it is but with a HIGH Resolution??

     It should be a total re-design.
     The image is just an example made by the programmer without graphical skills.
     As mentioned, it must be a clear and nice design, to be shown on 32" and 47" tv in Full HD.
     The page in the image, for example, can't be read very well.
     The page should contain 7-8 rows and 14/15 tasks
     there must be enough contrast so that we can see the task status even if we are not too close to the tv
