Hi there. I need a redesign or better refresh of an existing website. See the picture attached. (Password: hD6g3).
Everything is clearly described.

Attention

- Corporate blue and yellow must still be there or dominate.
- Gradients or background, clouds or anything light and fresh is welcome.
- feel free to make the page web 2.0 looking with bigger fonts etc.
- the mainpicture below can be replaced with any demo picture / example picture.
- please make a new more modern navigation.

TAKE CARE THAT YOU:
- don't change the whole layout. i still want a horizontal navigation.

please show me a draft so you'll get the job then.
