Hi xenodoxos, I think it's still not clear if development is required in the contest, or will be considered as an advantage. Can you define this, thanks :)

To give you some information about it: by default these Design contests are for Graphic Design only - this means that the outcome will be PSD (PNG or other type of graphical files). The next step is Development, where the Graphics become Website. The two are not necessarily done together ;)

As the user Matiss ask, you need the PSD? This is a Photoshop file, meaning that "we'll design the site and only that" so you get this file. Or you want the page working online, completely function?
