I am looking to build my own Taxi Despatch System here in the UK and would like to have it wire-frame first. Please read my requirements below: I will send you a document with more details, so you will have a better idea of what I am looking to have wire-framed. This is not a simple project, so you need to know what you are doing. You will need to use your own initiative and ideas to wire frame me step by step process of the entire project. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. I will send you a reference site which have developed a Windows Desktop Software (Taxi Despatch System) with everything to operate a Taxi Company here in the UK. I DON'T want a clone of the reference product, but the concepts are similar for what I am looking to achieve.

Must Have:
