I have a client who needs a website where they can sell one of their 8 services and get paid through pay pal or something similar. they do reports for real estate owners called BPOs or Broker Price Opinions. there are 7 different kinds that can be ordered. what they need is an ultra simple site where their new clients sign up and order a BPO. the main page will be a series of fields. the owner has a budget of $250 and is OK with a skeleton simple site.

the winner of this contest will give me advice on price and direction on if word-press is best or another application.
