Hello, i am starting a contest to help me with my research of the top 15 ways to help a business reach more customers through the different social platforms. This is for a school paper so I will need the sources. I am researching a paper about how to help small businesses grow their online media presence and am looking for the 15 ways that will help them the most. I would like as many website links for the data. For example, if one of the ways was to use start an online store, then please give me the top sites for that such as magento.com, prestashop.com, etc. If you have any questions, please ask me and I will be happy to answer. Thanks!

UPDATE: Please focus on the social aspects. Different social media platforms and ways to help build a company through online methods. A good example could be:
