Currently I am calling my main product a Comprehensive Home Evaluation. The problem with this is that so is everyone else and they're watering down my exposure. Also, I am terrible at this.
I can't call it an appraisal even though it is 100 times better than an appraisal.
I've thought of calling it the Calgary comp report but everyone tells me that sounds terrible.
I'm not trying to get hits to the website but you need to see the website, review the product and it may even help to watch the 2 minute video to get an idea as to why this thing is completely different than the "get your free market report" report or the "Free Neighbourhood Comprehensive Home Evaluation" that is often crap and laced with automatically generated data that is irrelevant and then you never ever ever hear the end of the solicitations from the realtor who "prepares" the report. I even sound like a jerk right now... see? I need help.
2 to 5 five words (?) that make this thing pop. Please.
I'm sorry i can't afford to pay more. If it is deadly enough to TM it, i will pay an additional $500 CAD once it is registered. (You can keep a snapshot of this as my word that i will pay it).
