I have a Joomla website that is using EasySocial to allow users to create profiles. Our site also uses ARTIO JoomSEF to manage SEF URLs. Right now all user profile URLs are formatted in the following way: /profile/profile/id#-firstname-lastname For example, "/profile/profile/1234-john-smith". We need this changed so that an EasySocial profile URL is formatted as: /profile/firstname-lastname For example, "/profile/john-smith".
I have a social networking site that uses EasySocial. EasySocial allows you to create different user profile types, however it only allows you to define one standard default profile image for all profile types. A previous developer recently modified the EasySocial files to allow for a custom default profile image to be set for each different profile type. The modification is showing in the back-end of EasySocial, however changes made there are not being saved to the site's database. So I need someone to pick up where the previous developer left off and correct the issue.

We have a Joomla website under development that uses EasySocial for networking functions. We also have a Keap CRM (formerly Infusionsoft) account. We have previously written a script that imports EasySocial user data into Keap. We need that script updated/modified to fit our current needs. We previously created a custom PHP export script that imports new user account information from our site's database into Keap via API. We have since changed the user fields and need the export script updated to export/map the new fields. So right now we have 15 user fields that need to be mapped into 15 Keap contact fields. Our website is a membership site that uses EasySocial for Joomla. We have the site configured so that new users need to verify their email address before their account is activated. The way EasySocial works is that it sends an email to the site admin when a new account (unactivated) is created. However no notification email is sent when the account is activated by the user. We would like for EasySocial to send an email notification when the account is activated. EasySocial does have a variety of email templates that can be modified (see the attached screenshot). So one solution would be to modify the code that triggers an email and then use one of the existing email templates.

I have a Joomla website that uses EasySocial 4. I have a need to export my user information by EasySocial profile type as a CSV file. There was a commercial Joomla extension () available that did this -- however it only works with EasySocial 2 and earlier versions. I have purchased the extension and have it installed on my site. Its code needs to be modified/fixed so that it can read in EasySocial 4 profile fields. Please see the attached screen shots: when I select Joomla user groups to export, the extension shows the information correctly. When I select EasySocial profile types to export, the extension does not read in the information.
I have a Joomla website that uses EasySocial to manage user profiles. I also use Keap (previously Infusionsoft) to manage these users' information. A few weeks ago I had a developer create a custom PHP script that maps the EasySocial fields to Keap fields and automatically exports all new user information once a day (via cronjob). Everything worked perfectly. I have since had to change the profile fields I have set up in EasySocial -- so the export script also needs to be updated/modified. However I can no longer locate my original developer. I need someone to review the existing export script we have in place and make the necessary modifications to get it working again.

I have a handful of EasySocial profile types and everything was working correctly until today when I noticed that I am getting a redirect error when trying to register a new account on the site. The EasySocial registration screens display correctly, however when I click "Submit" to create the account, instead of going to the "Activate Your Account" page as before (it's set to "Require user activation", I am getting a redirect error. If I change the "Registration Type" setting on a profile type to "Normal Registration (Automatic Login)" then everything works correctly.
