I need an existing 12-page A4 landscape leasing brochure for a commercial property development rebuilt properly in Adobe InDesign. The content is finished and signed off. This is a design and typesetting job, not a writing or research job. The current version was assembled in HTML and exported to PDF. It is accurate and correctly structured, but it reads as a document rather than as a piece of marketing. I am looking for someone who can take the same content and make it look like it came out of a property marketing agency. WHAT YOU RECEIVE ON AWARD - Final approved copy for all 12 pages, as a plain-text deck, page by page - 8 architectural renders, high resolution - 5 high-resolution aerial photographs of the site - Architectural site plan and floor plans - A custom locality map a...

I’ll verify completeness by spot-checking totals and record counts against the source PDF, so precision matters. Once the workbook ...

I have a set of photographs that look technically fine but feel a little flat. I want the overall color tone lifted so every image feels brighter, cleaner, and more vivid — colors should pop yet still look true-to-life rather than over-saturated. Along with this grading pass, a touch of basic retouching will be helpful (removing minor blemishes or distractions). You are free to work in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or your preferred color-focused workflow as long as the final files come back to me in the original resolution plus layered PSDs or editable raws so I can make tweaks later if needed. Please tell me about your experience doing similar grading work, ideally with before/after samples that demonstrate a balanced, natural yet vibrant finish. If we’re a good match,...
