System I'm using is arcmap 10.8. Need help with a special tool that will offset point shapefile to nearest polyline at a specific azimuth ( for example east or west to nearest polyline) and search radius distance. Arcmap has a tool that will offset points but they are offset at random azimuth. This tool is called Near (Analysis) (Tool).
