I have spent a while learning basic ActionScript 3 and built a simple 3 page flash photography showreel hobby site. It is all working well and can be viewed at I am not experienced in AS3 at all. The site has been built using a bunch of tutorials and forums but I feel its pretty well coded. There are no errors in the debug of the working site. I've made the change to do so, but I'm having a problem with the scaling. We have a working Flash based app written in As3. We're looking to have a new website built to promote, sell membership, user interface and so on for this application. We will require a database for the app and website to access registered user info. There is also a need for some additions to the features of the Flash app itself so it would be great to find someone who can handle everything. Howdy, I've been looking at this sweet tutorial for creating a "television" effect class: You can pass in a Sprite which serves as the source for the effect.
