We need a very stable implementation of WMA/ASF stream decoder and MMS(TCP/HTTP) protocol written in C/ObjC. ASF streams could be provided as ASX playlists. The decoder should provide an easy to use API with callback functions for PCM audio, stream statements, errors and meta data.
