I am looking to hire a Kitchen Manager willing to work as a Line cook for 6 months in order to get to know the restaurant, employees and observe systems in place at the restaurant in St Augustine, Fl 32080. This area of Florida is unlike the downtown historic restaurant scene....we are south St Augustine on Anastasia Island close to Butler Beach and Crescent Beach. Need someone with local knowledge.
