I have a Classic ASP/SQL Server Express application that currently runs on Windows Server 2012. I want to migrate this to Windows Server 2019. I have managed to perform the operating system and SQL server upgrades but the asp pages send emails using CDOSYS. This fails on the Windows Server 2019. My hoisting server has safety limitations on CDOSYS web mail scripts and they have invited me to transformate my old CDOSYS technology web mail code into CDONTS with SMTP. Our web host has now migrated us to a new server that does not support CDONTS. One of our main forms still uses CDONTS. I have performed a simple test using a test script and that works well so I know that CDO is supported on the new server. I need someone to convert one .asp file to use CDO rather than CDONTS. We have a website that was migrated from a Windows 2003 server using IIS6 to a Windows 2008 R2 server using IIS7. We need the mail object on two email forms to be updated from CDONTS to CDOSYS so that they work on the new server. The code for the site is included. This needs to be done as quickly as possible.

What is happening is my server is set to pick up mass amounts of emails going out, so i need the script to time out and then star back up in about a minute with the email that it left off at. The system will send out 200 mails at a time without flagging the admin as spam, so the script (when done) should send out 200 emails to the first 200 recipients, then pause for about a minute then continue to process 200 more (starting with email #201 in the database) then continue that patern til done.
