The customer who is filling out the questionnaire then decides for different options of importance of these customer needs. Hello. we have a chatbox and we want some changes: 1) When the users are joining, the chatbox is asking them just to add a username, and the system makes them a quick registration by adding them a password by itself. The problem is that if the user wants to re-join with the same name, the system doesnt allow him. What need to be done: when a user exits the chatbox, the system should delete its registration and only leave those that are moderators / admins / super admins. 2) The second issue is with the ban system. The chatbox can ban a user's ip in order to prevent him joining. The system also have some quick modes in order to kick/ban etc users (like pressing /kick username or /ban username..) so what should be done, the mod/admin/super admin should ...
