I'm looking to build a web application that will assist in patient care. The software will allow the user to display medical problems and allow those problems to be manipulated in a variety of ways. The problems can be altered, moved, and utilize macros within to quickly populate fields w/ data. I have attached a screen shot of the UI that I have in mind. Most importantly the project needs to be developed in a flexible manner as I hope to develop this software over years. To speed development and save on expense, I'm not opposed to utilizing open source software to build upon for CRM. Really looking to find a reliable partner for long-term work but right now would just like to see a functional prototype
