I am looking for an experienced software developer to help build an in-house photogrammetry software that will work with images and videos. The software needs to have some form of automation, meaning it should require minimal manual editing in order to obtain consistent results. The software should function like Scanifly, DroneDeploy, and Pix4D. We need a component for our React app Where a drawing or map can uploaded (already built) You can drag around on the image and zoom in You can place different numbered markers - when clicking on these markers they will show a 360 photo (already built) You can mark areas in the map - see video to see how implementation should be acting like - it should be similar to area drawing in the DroneDeploy site (already built, but has bugs and missing features like dragging and deleting points) We already have a lot of these things built, but it's up to you if you want to reuse it or start from scratch. A login to DroneDeploy (cloud based repository for drone data) will be provided as well as detailed instructions on what annotations will need to be made. The task requires attention to detail. The annotations required are quite simple however there are a lot of them (see attachment for a sample of what is required) The tasks will need to be done to a timeline as the drone imagery needs to get back to the customer within 24hrs. Even If someone is able to design a plugin or a clasification script for QGIS as this could be an ongoing project.

As far as scope goes, we have two app requirements at this stage, both are for a potential client who we are in the process of bidding for ...mapping work with. App 1 The client has done a significant amount of planning on Google Earth and has a number of pins that he will want to import into a complete DroneDeploy map as annotations. At the moment there is a KML import option for planning mapping areas, but bringing KMLs into complete maps has not been developed. App 2 We need to be able to plot a route on a complete map and know the total height climbed and total height dropped over that route as well as the standard distance covered at the moment.
