Two of my production sites made in phpfox have a typical issue....anytime i load the site , files automatically get created in the server I did a bit of lookthrough the files and see that the files get generated in the files cache /theme folder of amongst other places ....almost 10,000 files get generated here (see screenshot attached ) Problem is that i am on shared server hosting and it supports only 250,000 files ...on account of such cache files, my sites are pulled down since the file numbers exceed the innode count because of this issue In admin panel when i try to turn off caching , it says page not found ...check attached image Any help will be appreciated ...only looking for phpfox experts

Please note this is an ADULT GAY webiste, so do not bid if it is likley to offend. The site is stuck in 'upgrade in progress' and won't go back online. I do need this fixed but more importanntly I need to know which files to remove/edit and the same with database to prevent this problem from occuring in the future.
