We plan to build a small fenced garden as a little area for our dog to play safely. The area is approx 3.5m x 3m and will include a tiled floor area, fence with gate, and integrated awning or sail to provide weather protection. We would also like to include a small area or cut out for some small tree or greenery. We want to work with someone to create a 3D visualisation and 2D drawing suitable to give a builder. I have attached a floor plan of a new house I will be constructing. I would like to make a few changes. The existing plan is 136.35m2. I want to reduce the size to 120m2 maximum. Ideally, I would like to keep the existing layout as close as possible and not make the bedrooms any smaller. To reduce the size I think the pantry and WIR are too big.
