I have a solidworks part file and I need to convert it into a STEP file. The Solidworks Part file opens without any issues in Solidworks 2022. I have already tried Saving As a STEP file but every setting I have tried gives me an error when I then try to open that STEP file. The error is: "No geometry was included in the STEP file" and I cannot open it once it is saved as a STEP file. So it sounds like a simple setting or small step is missing when I am trying to export as STEP from SLDPRT. If someone can export it as a STEP file that will definitely open in Solidworks I will pay an expert to get this done successfully.
