Basically i use Mailwizz and here is what I need configuring: I need so that "unopeners" who have not opened an email within the last 30 days are removed, PLUS, the lead must also have been added 30 day or BEFORE in order for them to be removed. Im sure you understand what i need doing here, it is quite a standard feature with most industry Autorepsonders but for some reason Mailwizz only allows you to delete unopeners and you cannot include the filter of "date added". Without this, if someone was added only 2 days ago, but has not opened an email they would be included in being removed, when in actual fact they are still a fresh lead. Microsoft SQL server will generate a list / jobs. These details need to populate pre-formatted emails. These emails are then sent using AWS SES. My client bought this: - a very good and solid email sender software. We need to install it on a hosted domain configure it so it works. We also need to connect it to an online SMTP server provider and test sending emails through. I have regained access to my email server account following a temporary throttling by my ISP. However, on restarting, I notice the bounce server is not working properly. I have checked for obvious problems without success and do not wish to send any emails until the problem is isolated and corrected.
