I require the back end for a website similar to what iGoogle used to be. Scripts for a working (secure) registration system would be required. A SQL database is required. The idea is that a user will customize their personal page with links to websites they use day to day and be able to share that with friends. The iGoogle website is to be shut down later this year. I would like to reproduce many of the features of the site and launch one similar to it. There are some open source projects which implement some of the features needed, so the developer can get ideas from these projects. I will provide them. Igoogle uses an xml based portlet definition. The site should support this format as much as possible, with the goal of enabling this site to run portlets that were originally created to run on igoogle. The site will need all the basics of account creation and management, as well as social logins (google and facebook logins). The site should run on .Net MVC 4 and use either Sql Server or a cloud-based data storage backend.

Enhancement needed - Here are the things I would like to have - a) Instead of app store, the app store should be in a panel on top or bottom (like pageflakes). b) The modal popup box concept is good.
