We have successfully connected to Simphony, we can read products and table numbers but can't send order. When we send Check Open according to Simphony RES documentation we get an OK reply from Simphony but order is not received on any POS ! We contacted local Oracle help in Croatia and they couldn't help us. . They confirmed that our order message is correct (according to Simphony documentation) but have no idea where the problem is and how to solve it.
