Oscommerce wamp işler

Hi my wamp server () host on my home PC is giving error - site cannot be reached. It was working fine until 2 days ago. I need help to fix this.

I have teamviewer. The wordpress site I have needs a template matching this page: I purchased this template and have unzipped it into my WAMP www root folder and dreamweaver installed for editing the code locally. I have FTP client installed and connected to the wp server. I have to keep my old wp theme so I cannot just install the avada theme because it will replace the current theme for the whole website if I do that. The inbuilt Stripe payment module for oscommerce needs amending because it is suitable only for very recent versions and seems to rely on a templating function to get the stripe jquery in the header area which this older version doesnt have. (and doesnt want) So the module needs amending to fix this (and include the extra code in a simple, file include method.) All amendments must be clearly marked. if you have prior experience with stripe and oscommerce (especially older versions) then I dont think this is a big job. We purchased a responsive osCommerce template and had it installed on our creloaded site (it is still in a test folder). We seem to have everyting working except that there are some issues with the way the responsive template is resizing. We have four issues that I need addressed. 1.
