GOAL, maximize material usage using as much of each sheet as possible, but as few overall sheets as possible. Because of single piece front and back, the design will have to use over 2 sheets. Maybe 2.25 or 2.5. Since I would like a small and large pattern, I can use two different sheet sizes. For a single piece front and back, the small must be 95” (+/-) wide cut from 96” sheet. For a single piece front and back, the large can be 119” wide cut from 120” sheet. IF… optimal layout works better on a larger sheet, I also have access to 60” X 120” sheets.
