I need to be able to calculate PTO for our employees for seven locations according to the attached chart. Sometimes the employees work in more than 1 location. Each month we need to 1. Determine average hours each employee worked per month based upon the formula attached. If they worked in more than one location, those hours need to be added together. 2. Create the correct multiplier for PTO based upon the length of employment. 3. Accrue PTO hours during the year and subtract PTO taken during the year (we will enter this manually). 4. Delete 50% of hours not taken by end of year. 5. Allow easy addition of new employees into the spreadsheet as they are hired.
