Implement a basic, command driven mail queue management tool for Postfix. This needs to have the basic features similar to qmHandle (), where emails can be easily deleted via the sender address or the subject. Specifically, it must do the following: 1. Display basic mail queue stats. 2. Delete emails based on subject search. 3. Delete emails based on sender address. 4. Display basic help from a command line about the syntax (eg "command --help") Preference would be to have this implemented in Python, so that functions could be called from both the command line and existing Python scripts. Implementation in other scripted languages will also be considered. Intended environments to run this on will be CentOS 6 based with standard

The website is and the site has been inactive for 8 months but somehow the space gets filled up. There is no auto backup of the site and it looks like there is some code that generates email. You will need to check the code and Joomla Plugin and on server remove all queue mail, and install qmhandle or something similar. And make sure that no more email are generated. The site is hosted in and I am happy to give full access to the server. You would need to know plesk login etc. please confirm the same? Thanks

I have a dedicated server and I'm having trouble with sending outgoing mail. I had this problem before and there were about 14,000 unsent mails in the queue. After deleting these messages it seemed to work fine. Same thing happened again...here. I DESPERATELY need the email working immediately as we have over 200 people in our organization using the system. Please help! This should take no more than 10 minutes (most of that time spent waiting for the server to do the deleting).....if you know what you're doing. SERVER We lease a dedicated server from 1&1 running Plesk and Qmail. PROBLEM There are 39 domains on the server and Qmail is constantly bombarded with spam mail to a point where it now contains around 350k of emails, most of which are spam. PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS We have installed qmHandle to flush "failure" messages from bounced mails to try and clear the queue and also used the "a" option in qmHandle to force the processing of the queue. Hi! We had a problem receiving emails, and our hosting company said that it's because we have 590974 e-mails in your e-mail queue. And they are slowing everything up on our server. They said we will need to download a tool called qmHandle from to clear this out. The bottom line is - we need qualified help to install this software, and explain us exactly how to use it.
