I've been running into licensing error with the SaaS when attempting to setup the testing environment so I would like try to do the following: a. I need a backup taken of the Production server. b. Then I need to have it restored to a subdirectory on the new server c. I need all the passwords, FTP logins, admin logins or any other sensitive information changed, and any URL’s updated.
