Need help with creating a simple peer to peer video phone app using AS3, rtmfp, and Adobe Animate as the development tool, as this will integrate with other elements that already work within Animate. There are many examples that you can start with that use AS3 and rtmfp and were developed in Flash Builder or Flex (links available upon request), if you're up to the task it's not going to be difficult, just a little over my expertise.

I have a lot of problems with latency, poor video quality and echoing and I would like you to remove the latency increase the video quality and reduce the echoing. Now the first version of the website used a red5 server as well as the peer to peer communication but the red5 server was disconnected later on. At that time there was no latency in the video call. So I think the best scenario would be for you to hook up back the red5 server and and make the app use the red5 server for video chats so that there isn’t any latency.
