Hello. I am in need of a SharePoint expert who can do an automation task for me. I have a folder in SharePoint in which i place pdf files. These PDF files all are the same format and contain data, but most importantly contain a fax phone number. I need this PDF file to be automatically emailed to that fax number. This needs to happen automatically when new PDFs are added to the folder.
I have a client that requires the ability to integrate and On-premise File Server with SharePoint Online so they can easily share certain files and folders with certain contractors. This needs to be secure, contractors must not be able to download files and all contractor file access needs to be audited.

Hello, I have a Microsoft Access database (Office 365) that I would like to make available offline to a small number of external uses, with read-only and/or read-write acess. I would like to migrate it to Microsoft SharePoint but struggle to do it.
