... I transtode 1080 to 720p which in current setup should easily handle 30/streams. The GPU transcoding works fine on 3 streams if I add 4th or more streams to be transcoded with GPU it will not input the stream (delay and fail) causing Error. Stream will go offline. It will not effect other streams but any stream above 3rd GPU transcoded. If I disable transcode it will process the stream. Also if I switch GPU to CPU transcode it will transcode 1080 to 720 even if its 4th, 5th or 6th stream until I reach 100% CPU usage. When I use 3 streams on GPU the load on GPU is not even 5% so it's not overloading. Looks like GPU can only handle 3 transcoding streams but its not overloading GPU is just rejecting where much less powerfull CPU have no limit as much as it can ha...

I use ffmpeg to transcode videos on the Mac and am looking for a Droplet or other little app that can automate this process. I'd like to drag a single video file, or multiple video files onto the icon and have it batch process them. It could be a simple app with no UI and output an h.264 at an 18 setting in MP4 format; or it could give me a window with a few options (sometimes I want an uncompressed output, for instance). Retaining every frame and not duplication any frames is key in my work. For instance if the original is 15 FPS, I need the output to be 15 FPS. If the original had 3,000 frames, the output needs to have 3,000 frames. I can do this pretty easily in Windows by creating a .bat file, but it seems to elude me on the Mac.
