I am looking for a construction project manager. Someone who can read drawings, ensure the subcontractors are completing their work properly, ensure project is on/under budget, coordinate material deliveries. I was selected to build an addition at a restaurant just outside philadelphia. The project should take approximately 4 months and is scheduled to begin in 2-3 weeks.
To verify and assess the reported implemented works (implementation reports of environmental & social and safeguarding) and compare the to framework and monitoring, and reporting of safeguards aspects.
Currently it is paint over concrete block and very plain. An odd front design and I can’t figure out have to jazz it up. Tons of new construction around me and I want to blend in or stand out beautifully?
