I've created a small email (only 268 lines of code, including the text) with HTML and CSS that I plan on using MailChimp to send out. It looks great in Outlook and Gmail, but when I tested it with other inboxes, things moved and got misaligned. I need an experienced freelancer who can fix all the formatting and compatibility issues with email clients on both desktop and mobile.

We collect data each day, filter it and append some classifications and identifiers to each record. Now we need an email tool that can use these classifications and identifiers to select the email recipients, merge some specific content based upon the classification and send the proper content to the email recipient.
