I have a specific layout in mind for the dashboard, which I can provide to the freelancer. However, I need help preparing the necessary data and tables for the dashboard. I need a convenient data-entry form to work with a tsv table in Excel. Tables are generated elsewhere and include words which need to be annotated using a pre-defined set of values.
