Nonprofit real estate company. Need help developing a budget display strategy and rollup. Income includes management fees, maintenance fees, developer fees, rental project cash flow, and grant income. I'd like to build a template where our CPA can drop in annual P&Ls and roll up to a summary budget without too much manipulation. 12 rental projects & ~5 "other activities" to roll up.
We have a number of BTR projects and we are looking for someone who has experience in running a detailed BTR development model from development, management with all the normal investment parameters around that model. We dont need the level of sophistication as some off the shelf products but something that can be easily modified and as the portfolio grows. Please bid on this project if you have experience putting property development models together with some examples of work you have done with an estimated price to complete this task. Need to be able to: - enter in detailed costs on a time basis - enter in revenues with levels of rent and vacancies - outputs are IRR, ROC, ROE, etc. - Preference if you have a model you could sell/share?
