I need someone to create a PostgreSQL + Rails + React app that implements the ability to: 1. upload a SCORM package; 2. show the SCORM content as if a student was consuming it; 3. save answers provided by the student (via SCORM) within database; Moodle () already implements above features, but it's written in PHP.
