Cartoon Entertainment 2D Animation Project

I’m putting together a short 2D animation purely for entertainment and I want it brought to life in a bright, cartoonish style. I’ll supply the storyline and any dialogue; what I need from you is the full visual treatment—character design, backgrounds, animation, and basic compositing. The finished piece should feel lively, colourful, and playful, matching classic Saturday-morning energy while still looking crisp on today’s screens. If you handle sound effects or music, that’s a bonus, but the core priority is smooth, expressive animation that captures the humour and pacing in the script.
