Clip Studio Paint EX Animator (Stylized Character Animation) – Long-Term Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Clip Studio Paint X animator to join our growing animation team. This is a long-term monthly role working on an original animated series with unique, stylized characters and dynamic storytelling. If your work stands out and shows exceptional skill, you may be appointed as Team Lead in the future with higher pay based on experience and performance. What You’ll Do: Create smooth, high-quality character animations in Clip Studio Paint X. Bring stylized, expressive characters to life, with attention to personality and movement. Collaborate closely with the director and other animators to maintain consistency in style and quality. Follow storyboards and animatics while also contributing creative input for animation improvements. Requirements: Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint X (mandatory). Strong portfolio demonstrating character animation skills (both subtle acting and dynamic actions). Experience with stylized animation styles (not just realistic motion). Ability to follow a given art style and maintain visual consistency. Good communication skills and reliability with deadlines. Nice to Have (Bonus Points): Experience leading animation teams or mentoring junior animators. Understanding of 2D FX animation (impact frames, motion smears, etc.). Interest in humorous, dramatic, and adventurous animation content. Type of Work: Monthly contract (with the potential for full-time long-term work). Work will be remote but requires regular communication and timely delivery. Pay may increase if promoted to Team Lead based on skill and reliability.
