Pure JS Slot Machine Overhaul

I already have a working AI-generated slot machine written in plain JavaScript, HTML and CSS. The core spin logic, rigged outcome control and basic UI are in place, but the whole package still feels rough. I’d like you to step in, refine what exists and push it to a level where it can serve as a clean code template for future web products. What I need right now is a complete polish pass on three fronts—graphics and design, sound effects, and overall game mechanics. On the visual side you’ll optimise the current SVG workflow for better performance and deliver three fresh, lightweight SVG assets of your own creation: a distinctive game logo, a reusable background image and an eye-catching win border animation. Subtle but smooth reel spins, win flashes and any other micro-interactions should feel crisp even on lower-powered devices. For audio, one of the existing functions must be replaced with a seamless line up, so it perfectly fits with each state change: reel stop, win and jackpot. All audio should be triggered strictly through pure JavaScript with no external libraries, audio only needs one bug fix (see "[login to view URL]"). Mechanically, the game already supports forced outcomes; your job is to tighten that logic, tidy the code, make odds easy to tweak via a single config object and ensure the reels remain perfectly synchronised with the final result that’s fed to them, also those reels need to stay synchronous if the page is not actively selected. Responsive layout, clean separation of concerns and commented, well-structured JS are must-haves so that other devs can drop this straight into their own projects.
