We've launched a teaser for our 2D series "Secrets of Voleter", pulling a ~20% watch-to-sub conversion rate in the first 48 hours (170+ views). We're now in production of a 20-minute pilot for a strategic Amazon Prime/YouTube release. We need two key roles for our Toon Boom Harmony pipeline: 1. RIGGER / ANIMATION ASSISTANT · Tech stack: Toon Boom Harmony (essential). Experience with advanced rigging (pegs, deformations, z-depth), puppet setup, and animation testing. · Task: Optimize and maintain character/object rigs, assist with cut-out animation, ensure scene stability. 2. BACKGROUND ARTIST (2D/3D Hybrid) · Tech stack: Blender (for 3D blocking/layout) + Photoshop/Clip Studio (for overpaint/texture). Ability to match a stylized 2D look. · Task: Create production-ready, layered background art (BG/ MG/ FG) based on layouts, ensuring compatibility with Harmony scenes. What we offer: · FAIR REV-SHARE: A clear, capped percentage of Season 1 revenue (Amazon Prime + YouTube) for 24 months. We propose terms that reward risk but allow project growth. · MAJOR CREDIT & LINK: Prominent "Lead Rigger" / "Background Artist" credit in the pilot on Prime/YouTube + direct portfolio link in description. · REAL PROJECT WITH TRACTION: You're joining a project with proven audience interest, not just an idea.
