AutoCAD Plan for Warehouse Build

I’m finalizing the basic shell of a new commercial warehouse and need a clean, well-documented AutoCAD drawing that captures the current architectural elements only—no electrical or plumbing yet. Here’s exactly what I’m after: • Overall floor plan of the warehouse showing exterior dimensions, door and window locations and sizes. • Interior walls configured to create separate rooms as discussed, with wall types and thicknesses noted. • An attached office drawn with its precise dimensions plus window placement called out clearly. • Pallet racking laid out in rows. • Exact placement of approximately twenty machines/equipment pieces; I will supply their footprints once we start, so leave them easily editable on separate layers. Please organize the drawing with logical, named layers (walls, windows/doors, racking, equipment, annotations) so minor revisions are straightforward. Deliver the native DWG plus a print-ready PDF. No MEP work, reflections, or 3D is required at this stage—just a polished 2D plan that I can hand straight to local permit officials. If you’ve produced warehouse layouts before that will be a bonus. Looking forward to seeing how quickly you can turn this around once I send the base measurements.
