Turning a dimensioned PDF plan into a clean DWG is straightforward enough, but getting the elevations to actually agree with the plan dimensions rather than just looking plausible is where the real accuracy work sits. I'll rebuild the complete floorplan as a properly layered DWG, then generate front, side and rear elevations matched to it, either in the same file or separate ones depending on what's easier for you to work with. I've converted PDF floor plans into editable CAD sets before where keeping plan and elevation dimensions consistent with each other mattered more than the drafting itself.
